Over a decade of research from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business revealed that all successful innovators have one thing in common - they demonstrate a specific set of observable behaviors that reveal six unique mindsets. Adopting these mindsets allows them to make a greater impact in whatever they do.

The i2 Skills Assessment allows you to measure your behaviors to indicate your prevailing innovation mindset. It is not a profiling diagnostic tool which defines you as a ‘type’, but rather an indicator of your current mindsets and behaviors. This knowledge will help you hone in on where you have the greatest opportunity to leverage your strengths and develop your mindsets to become a more effective, well-rounded innovator.
