Over a decade of research from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business revealed that all successful innovators have one thing in common - they demonstrate a specific set of observable behaviors, which are the foundation of five key innovation skills.

The Innovation Impact Assessment allows you to measure your current strengths and growth opportunities across these five skills. Unlike other assessments, it is not a profiling diagnostic tool which defines you as a ‘type’, but rather an indicator of your current innovation profile, which can develop and change over time.

As you complete the assessment, read each question carefully before answering - your development journey begins with the process of reflection and self-awareness. Think about your day-to-day behavior in your work or learning environment. If you’re struggling to answer, think about what your peers might say about you.
